The blade is forged from 4034 and 4116 stainless steel alloys, known for high performance. These steels retain sharpness thanks to their carbon content and offer strong resistance to oxidation.

The shaped blade undergoes vacuum heat treatment to reach 54–55 HRC Rockwell hardness, achieving a balance that resists bending without becoming brittle.

The yelman ridge near the blade’s tip shifts the center of mass forward during strikes. This significantly increases cutting and slashing power while also providing the sword with a distinct aesthetic identity.

On request, personalized names, symbols, or texts can be applied to the blade using laser engraving technology. This process does not harm the steel and ensures long-lasting, high-resolution results.
